The Challenge:
As a newly formed organization, AC needed to clarify its mission, establish roles, and define a game plan. With limited resources, people were wearing many hats, taking on multiple tasks and going in different directions.
The Solution:
By revisiting the big picture, opening lines of communication, and developing a road map of specific tasks and milestones for the next six months we helped build a stronger foundation for their company and clarified the go-forward plan.
Key Results:
AC reached their ambitious six-month goals within four months and received the funding they sought. The team members felt re-energized about the big idea that had brought them together. Working with us gave AC an outside partner who focused on their success.

– Clearly defined mission statement, key objectives, core values and “elevator pitch”
– Created physical road map that serves as a visual reminder of AC’s goals, the inter-dependancies between departments and objectives to be monitored
